Holistic Therapy is a transformational session that allows you to release all that you no longer need,remember your true self, and to re-align so you live life from your essence. The session is always adapted to your individual needs and is a combination of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Flower Essence, Herbs, Tarot Card Reading, Crystals, Sound healing, astronomical medicine and Earth-based rituals.

Wellbeing is always present, it's that feeling acceptance & freedom, being completely at ease in your body, clarity of mind, with a sense of safety and direction as you feel strongly connected to your heart and soul purpose. However, due to psychological stress, pain, unstoppable thoughts, and external factors, this is often difficult to access.

How does it work?This is a 2 hour session is a combination of Cranio-sacral therapy, Energy Work, Flower Blossom Therapy, Oracle Card Reading, Crystal Healing, Astronomical Medicine and Earth-based rituals. The healing tools for your session will be adapted to what you need at that specific moment.
You'll be welcomed with a herbal infusion to activate your healing self. We will talk about your intention for healing and my intuitive guidance on the session. You’ll be guided by the many healing tools of touch, voice, sound and movement so you dive deeper into the subconscious state and remember who you truly are. We close the session by integrating the experience and explain the significance of the different elements encountered in the healing. You will be invited to integrate the newly acquired insights, enjoy this relaxed state of being and keep unpacking the gifts your subconscious reveals for the coming day. |
