Inside well being is always present. However, often it is difficult to access due to psychological stress, pain and unstoppable thoughts. Craniosacral therapy offers a way to listen, understand and dissolve the stresses we carry. By gentle, light touch of the body, Sophie's hands listen to the restrictions causing this pain, unease or stress. The simple and relaxing technique releases the tension and the body is stimulated to move into its natural state of well being.
During the treatment you may fall a sleep to a dream state or notice different sensations in the body like: tingling, pulsations, contraction and relaxation of the muscles.

Garden or Terrace
A slow and vivid walk on the same 10-15m path (barefoot optional). A deep awareness of how you walk, posture, the different type of surfaces, and the sensations in your feet.
Slow down and experience the small things: Passing sheep, forest, and quiet roads. While playfully blending in daily disturbance into the meditation.
Walking barefoot enables to improve your body posture, hear the waves and smell the sea for deep relaxation.
Activate your body by ascending and descending at your own rhythm. Let nature and the beautiful surrounding do their work by activating your senses, and bring body and mind into harmony.
