1on1 Meditation Guidance

A 6-week meditation journey to create your own unique meditation practice with joy and confidence -  that works for you anyplace and anytime. For a greater understanding of yourself and how you can live a life with more wellbeing, flow and joy. 

This is for you!

  • You experience stress and challenges in your life and you are ready to find the solution within. 
  • You are often on the move and need a meditation practice you can do anyplace and anytime. 
  • You want more calmness in your life but you are not able to sit still with your eyes closed (Due to physical, mental or emotional discomfort). 
  • Home is not a place for you to be safe and go within, so you want to find a place outside where you can come back to yourself.
  • You love nature and want to experience how nature can support your current intentions. 

When our steps are in harmony with our breath,

The program

Discover yourself

We start with an introduction call. Where we explore what are the current challenges in your life, what is the change you want to call in, and how do you want meditation to support your life. 

From this call you set the intention for the coming 6 weeks and we adapt the program to your unique intention.

Creating Space

Week 1: Let's get started! In the first meditation experience you slow down and create space to breathe freely. Here you experience to be receptive and accepting to yourself and the present. You will learn meditation as a tool for self-enquiry and healing. 

Week 2: This week you integrate the new learned meditation practice into your daily life. Meaning this is where you commit to have  yourself a daily short 5 min walking meditation and two times a week a longer 30 minute walking meditation. You'll receive meditative audio guidance on the basics of walking meditation so you can easily do it yourself. 


Result: You will have your own meditation practice established to have moments of calmness anyplace and anytime.

Being Conscious

Week 3: We go for the second meditation experience. Here, you explore more profound concepts of yourself: The gift in the current challenges of life. Is there a visible pattern? What is its source?  How are they a catalyst for healing and transformation? We will also discover how nature can guide you to find balance and inner peace in all circumstances. 

Week 4: You integrate the new learning again into your life. You do your daily short meditations and twice in the week a longer walking meditation. 

Result: You will gain insight in how meditation is a tool for self-enquiry and allows you to turn challenges into gifts! 

Empowerment

Week 5: In this meditation experience we will focus on empowerment. So you move forward with a comprehensive set of tools and resources, that give a deeper understanding of yourself and allow you walk the path of life with confidence and joy! ​

Week 6: Here you go on your own empowerment walking meditation, guided by the empowerment meditation audio. We end the 6 weeks with a closing call to reflect upon the learnings of the past 6 weeks, and create a vision for the future. 

Result: 
 Comprehensive set of tools and resources for a deeper understanding of yourself and bring your intention forward.

By who? 

Walking Meditation came into my life as a gift. A moment the three basic pillars of life: Home, Work and Relationships were in absolute chaos. Home was not a safe place where I could find peace, my relationship felt very unsafe and my work was not a place where I could be myself.

I started a daily 20 minute walk in nature, where I did not expect anything from myself. This allowed me to relax, feel calm and give me a sense of security. It became the healthiest escape from the challenging reality I was facing daily. 

These walks allowed me to dive within myself and discover what dynamics where actually happening within me. They also gave me an opportunity to recharge my battery and be calm for at least 20 minutes a day.  After a few months of practicing walking meditation daily my life slowly started to shift:
- I could hear my inner voice more clearly, starting to reconnect to my True Self. 
- I felt the loving support of nature making me feel less lonely. 
- I felt confident and empowered to make decisions more aligned with my truth. 

Now 6 years later I have grown into a more conscious human being who walks through life with full confidence, deep gratitude and appreciation for who she is.

​Walking meditation has been a huge gift to me, that is why I would love to share this with you!

And the 3 pillars? I have changed my perspective on them and now when one becomes unstable it does not sweep me of my feet, actually I understand that it creates an opportunity to growth even stronger as long as I trust on my inner compass. 

I guide you with my compassionate heart, patience and positive vibes to balance and relaxation. I constantly broaden my horizon with new wisdom by investigation, experimentation, and learning from personal experiences. This approach allows me to guide others to find their own natural state of well being and deep relaxation with ease.
