1-on 1 Guidance

Be guided to create your own unique meditation practice -that works just for you, anyplace and anytime- for a greater understanding of yourself, your reality and your potential. During these 6 weeks, you will experience that present moment awareness can bring relaxation, wellbeing and transformation into your current world, no matter what circumstances you are in.

The guidance consists of three live guided meditations (online or in-person) and an abundance of training, practice and personal contact.

An experience to relax and enjoy, release tension and stress, connect with the whole you, and explore Mallorca's beautiful nature with all your senses.

Private walks are organised according to your needs and interests.

Online Meditations

My mission is to empower more people to trust on their inner compass by navigating through life with calmness and wellbeing. Therefore I share easy meditation videos to welcome the power of mindfulness in to your life, to support a deep sense of calmness and relaxation during all life's up and downs.  The online meditations you can do literally anywhere, for any kind of occasion. 
In your living room, garden, balcony, when get a coffee or in nature. You don't need any special clothing, nor preparation. The main focus is to experience to be with your complete attention in the present moment.

What is it about...

 We don't meditate to escape reality. We meditate to bring relaxation, focus and wellbeing into our current life, no matter what circumstances we are in.

hile life is happening all around us, we meditate with our eyes wide open, allowing us reconnect to this place of wellbeing within, the body, mind and spirit.
Walking meditation is an active form of meditation that allows you to experience wellbeing in the present moment. 

So how does it work?
First, the breath slows you down and allows you to pay attention to what's happening right now: physical sensations, feelings, and thoughts patterns. 
Second, walking stimulates to move literally from your head right to your body, so you can easily let go of unwanted thoughts, physical unease and stress. 

This present moment awareness feels like waking up. You notice that everything gets clearer, more colourful, and engaging and that you are curious, inquiring, open and accepting to what's happens both inside and outside. As a result you experience things as they really are,  get the overall picture, and  bring thoughts, feelings and intuition into harmony. Once you know how to be present you can connect to your natural state of wellbeing anywhere and anytime. This makes walking meditation a powerful tool for positive change on your daily life. Whether you walk to your car, take two steps in your home with awareness, or need to calm down before presenting at work.
