The walks are experiential and provide all the necessary instructions and guidance to begin to experience relaxation, inspiration, and being present immediately. Trainings are comfortable and very relaxing, no prior experience or knowledge, special clothing, yoga pants, or Ohm are required.

For the sessions in the office you simply need a place where everyone can stand next to each other on a line and has space to walk 10m long. In case another location would be more beneficial for the session's goal I'll make sure the location meets all requirements.

No, you can wear any type of clothing you feel comfortable with.
