In the course you experience to slow down, find joy in the small things and transform daily walks in moments of inner peace so you can step into the everyday with a feeling of confidence and sense of direction to navigate turbulent times.

In this course, you will experience refreshing meditation practices that you can do on the go. Walking Meditation is a simple and effective way to reduce stress. Experience inner peace when you walk to your car, the supermarket or to the kitchen in your house. You can transform even the smallest step into a moment of peace and quiet when you practice present moment awareness frequently. |
Being ConsciousDeepen the relationship with yourself and your environment. In this meditation, you explore how present moment awareness supports you on your path of transformation and healing. You will also discover how nature can be a tool to find balance and inner peace.
This includes a 2 hour meditation experience in nature, 2 check-in calls and 1 DIY healing meditation. |
EmpowermentBe supported to integrate your meditation habit into your daily life, anyplace and anytime. Move forward with a comprehensive set of tools and resources to have a deeper understanding of yourself and confidently walk the path of transformation and healing and support your wellbeing in the present moment.

By who?Walking Meditation came into my life as a gift. A moment the three basic pillars of life: Home, Work and Relationships were very unstable. I discovered that a daily 20 minute walk where I did not expect anything from myself, allowed me to relax, feel calm and give me a sense of security. It became the healthiest escape from the challenging reality I was facing daily.
These walks allowed me to dive within myself and discover what dynamics where actually happening within me. They also gave me an opportunity to recharge my battery and be calm for at least 20 minutes a day. After a few months of practicing walking meditation daily my life slowly started to shift. Now 4 years later I have grown into a conscious human being who walks with full confidence through life, with a deep gratitude for who she is. This a such a wonderful gift, I would love to share this with you! And the 3 pillars? I have changed my perspective on them and now when one becomes unstable it does not sweep me of my feet, actually I understand that it creates an opportunity to growth even stronger as long as I trust on my inner compass.
