When we tap into the qualities of Fire, what will this bring to you?
How is the fire element represented in your life?
Externally we observe fire every day with the light and heat of the sun, on colder days it’s the fire that warms up our homes and bodies. Or in something as simple as a warm cup of coffee. Fire is hot, intense and powerful as it physically transforms solid matter into gas.
In our physical body we observe fire in the heat, we feel our heart pumping and it drives our digestion, muscles, nerves and brain activity.
The energy centre in the body for the fire element is the solar plexus. It is here where we hold our sense of who we are and who we are not, it is our power centre.
How do I know when the fire element is out of balance?
When there is a lack of fire element you might become depressed, lazy, you miss that passion for life, are low on energy or feel lonely. An inability to sleep, insomnia, irritable, angry, aggressiveness are signs you have an excess of the fire element.
